I am a Certified Fitness Trainer & Nutritionist with ISSA, and I have 2 years of experience in the fitness industry. Additionally, I am currently in the process of completing the obesity management program with the World Obesity Federation (SCOPE).
Prior to my career in fitness, I obtained a degree in Information Systems Management and worked in the IT industry for eight years. However, my true passion has always been fitness, and I have been actively learning about fitness and nutrition since the age of 18. This passion eventually led me to make a career change two years ago, where I dedicated my time to acquiring knowledge in training and nutrition science. As a result, I became a licensed Fitness Trainer & Nutritionist.
