My name is Michael, I am from Iceland, there i went to culinary school where most of my studies consisted of workplace training which i did at the Hilton. Im organized and hard working, can do any types of food. With me you will get something new and different from anything else you will find in spain. I took part in Bocuse d’or with the Icelandic team where we got 3rd place in 2017. I am young, but i am also experianced.
