I have been actively working in the fitness industry for the last 7 years, currently coaching clients online. I am looking to step into the Spanish wellness community where I can be teaching live fitness classes and privet sessions. Fitness is My Passion. I have successfully transformed the lives of my clients, working with clients suffering from lower back pain, poor mobility, and complete lack of body awareness thought me how to work with a variety of cases. I love preparing bright mates for weddings, I am also finding strength and conditioning training my strong side. I am quite flexible with my skills as I truly enjoy fitness lifestyle overall and I do not stick to one type of training I am open to learn every day.
